Breakfast in Candyland Create a fantasy breakfast experience for the children in your community based on the beloved children’s game, complete with oversized decorations and candy-themed pancake bar.

You can make lollipops by wrapping brightly colored balloons in cellophane and attaching them to dowels (which you can find at your local home improvement store or craft store). You can also make wrapped candy by taking a balloon or brightly colored plastic plate, wrapping it in cellophane and tying off each end. Create oversized M&Ms by taking small primary colored Mylar balloons, writing an M on each, and grouping them together.
Use brightly colored disposables and tablecloths, and create candy-themed centerpieces for the tables.
Create a “Build Your Own Pancake Bar” that gives guests the opportunity to choose among a wide variety of toppings for their pancakes. For the children, offer Gummy Bears, flavored syrups, crushed Oreos, chocolate chips, and whipped cream. For the adults, offer a variety of syrups and fresh fruit toppings. You can also choose to do a create display of hot teas and/or coffee with various flavored creamers.
Other sweet food options include cinnamon rolls, French toast, and donuts.
Optional: Provide oversized lollipops or movie candy to each person who attends.
