While the kids in your community are out of school for summer break, their spare time can get them in trouble. Or, you can use that newfound freedom for their own good by creating a summer program for them to serve others and take ownership of their community, all while earning the chance to win a new bike.
Talk to your property manager and make a list of kid-friendly activities your residents can do to help improve the property. We've listed a few ideas on this sample flyer, but the sky's the limit. Ask parents to keep a log of activities, and let the children redeem their logs for tickets to be entered into the drawing for the bicycle.
