What does an Apartment Life Coordinator do?
Our coordinators connect neighbors and build authentic community through things like hosting irresistible monthly events, personally welcoming new residents, and conducting genuine acts of care. Our coordinators are tone-setters in their communities, helping bridge the gap between neighbors and creating opportunities for friendship to happen naturally and grow over time.
Who can be an Apartment Life Coordinator?
We're looking for people who can combine a high work ethic for our clients with a desire to share God's love and connect residents with one another. Coordinators can serve solo or on a team of two (serve with your spouse or a friend). Everyone from 20-somethings to empty-nesters are invited to apply. Our coordinators reflect the diversity of the communities we serve, coming from a variety of backgrounds and serving in cities across the country. What all of our coordinators have in common is their desire to care for their neighbor, connect others in relationship, and create meaningful community.
