In this spirit, we're excited to share that we have now added Concierge Services to the long list of ways that we can partner with our multifamily friends.
A resident at The Port House in Charleston, South Carolina, was looking for a personal trainer, so she reached out to her Apartment Life Coordinator, Olivia. Olivia was able to use her concierge directory to refer the resident to a trainer in their local area.
At Riverside Apartments in Greenville, South Carolina, Apartment Life Coordinators Robert and Maddie Caldwell created a seamless process for residents to book a pet spa or grooming service with a professional groomer they brought onsite for a day.

Our Concierge Services partner with onsite apartment staff to elevate the resident experience in the communities we serve. Service offerings include a full- or part-time coordinator, onsite hours, and a full range of services, including:
1. Featured Events: Large, community-focused events planned with your specific resident base in mind
2. Community Services: Onsite office hours, weekly services, pop-up events, and community partnerships developed to elevate the resident experience
3. Amenity Attendance: Supporting the onsite team in the use and upkeep of community amenity spaces
4. Monthly Virtual Visits: Welcome and renewals visits, including up to three touch points with every resident
5. Quarterly VIP Experiences: Curated, exclusive experiences specific to the community
6. Staff and Resident Care: Personalized, individual acts of care for residents and staff
