We are thrilled to announce that Apartment Life has been approved as a CORES-certified organization for resident services!
This recognition reflects our dedication as a third-party provider to serve marginalized, income-restricted, and age-restricted apartment communities with defined, holistic program options designed to meet the needs of residents and offer compliance support to operators.
While Apartment Life has been serving senior adults and affordable housing communities since its inception, to be CORES Certified, an organization must have a dedicated resident services team, show aligned goals, and provide program options exclusive to these populations for a minimum of three years. We began the application process in January of 2024.
We want to thank Apartment Life's resident services and senior adult services staff for tirelessly piloting and refining programs over the last four years. We especially want to thank Rebekah Strobel, Lupita Sandoval, Amber Arzaga, and Jackie Ratzlaff, who have spent six months and countless hours on program and data research for the application.
This achievement empowers us to expand our scope of service and deepen our impact, ensuring that even more communities in need receive the support and resources they need. Apartment Life's resident services and senior adult affordable programs are active in nearly 70 communities across 14 states.
