S’morecuterie Bar at Berkshire Lauderdale By the Sea in Fort Lauderdale, Florida | Apartment Life Coordinators Julio and Micah combined the notable charcuterie board with a s'mores station for an elevated fall salty-and-sweet snack. While marshmallows make a delicious s'more, brie cheese blocks melt just as well and pair perfectly with meat and crackers. This is a perfect way to warm up on a rooftop lounge or under an outdoor terrace.
I Get "Pie" With a Little Help From My Friends at Homestead in Winter Garden, Florida | Apartment Life Coordinators Ethan and Meredith created a cozy clubroom night by providing free mini pies and collecting canned goods to support the community drive.
BBQ & Bluegrass at The Ames in Summerville, South Carolina | Ames residents enjoyed a night of southern hospitality with a private concert from a local bluegrass band and fall treats around the table. This is the perfect way to take advantage of beautiful weather and create a warm ambiance in any space.
Neighborsgiving at The Maddox in Buckeye, Arizona | Apartment Life Coordinators Cameron and Maddie took the fall as an opportunity to serve their neighbors and meet tangible needs. They provided a free food pantry pop-up fully stocked with Thanksgiving favorites!

Light Up the Night in Del Rio, Texas| This expert event was submitted by our staff members, Chris and Carrie, who have served as coordinators in more than 15 communities. After retiring as coordinators, they brought their love for building community to their housing development neighborhood. This annual event lets them connect with more than 600 neighbors and build lasting friendships! On Halloween, they decorated their home and front yard with warm lights and set up fair-style games to get people lingering and having fun on their trick-or-treat route. They also served fresh popcorn and hot cocoa and gave away candy!
