Take a bite out of summer with a poolside party dedicated to all things Shark Week. From pool floats to the snack bar, you'll give residents a jaw-dropping experience from start to finish. Here's a little shopping list inspiration to get you started:

Ice cream floats put a nostalgic and family-friendly twist on any event – but we especially recommend them by the pool! All it takes are a few simple ingredients and the right presentation, and you'll have everything you need to treat your community to a sweet afternoon. After you've fully stocked the pool with tons of fun floats, set up a DIY ice cream bar with a variety of sodas and ice cream flavors and invite residents to experiment and find the best combination. Best of all, any leftovers you have can be used for other events all summer long. I mean, can you ever really have too much ice cream? We don't think so.

Let's Flamingle!

Don't be shy - get out there and fla-mingle with your neighbors! We all know that flamingos (from pool floats to drink koozies) are the unofficial mascot of summer, so why not give this funny pink bird its very own day in the sun? Start with eye-catching decor, like this amazing balloon arch, and add a few details, such as a photo booth stocked with props. Make sure to create plenty of opportunities for neighbors to connect, whether over games in the pool or at the buffet table. Make it tropical and make it silly, just like the flamingo!
