More Than One Way to Serve
You may already be familiar with our popular conventional program, where a coordinator or team of two lives onsite at an apartment community to host events, welcome new residents, provide renewal check-ins, and offer personalized resident care.
But did you know we offer several other program types designed to serve a variety of communities? Whether you prefer to serve with a teammate or on your own, live onsite or offsite, we have flexible options to fit your lifestyle and current season.
Our current offerings include roles in affordable housing, senior adult services, concierge programs, and neighborhood services (build-to-rent communities). We have both full- and part-time opportunities available—with options to live at the apartment community where you serve or remain in your own home and serve in exchange for hourly pay.
