They’re stepping into a new space, often without knowing a single person around them. Everyone involved in creating a great community plays a role in that story—from the first warm welcome to the moment a resident knows they belong.

The tone that is set in the first 30 days can have a lasting impact on resident retention and community culture. Here are some of the keys to designing a seamless resident experience from move-in day to renewal.
